The family feel of the hotel. Breakfast with fresh fruit and croissants, for instance. Location right by cable cars, restaurants and all pubs.

The breakfast is very good and the staff is helpful. Also, we were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from matlock bath. We truly enjoyed this place.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. The venue is very clean, the staff is LOYAL. The room was reasonably priced. Their manager rocks! Everything we ate was OK.
The only thing missing was heating.

Hotel was situated really close to tourist destinations like heights of abraham. We really enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was gorgeous! We would happily return, thanks a lot.
